° 200 g of corn kernels
° 2 tablespoons of olive or sunflower oil
° 80 g of fine sugar
° 30 g of salted butter
1 – Pour the oil into a saucepan and add the corn kernels. Cover, shake the pan once or twice during cooking and stop as soon as all the grains have burst. With a glass cover you will be able to better monitor the “hatching” and also have an ear to listen to the end of the “pops”! Pour the popcorn into a bowl.
